What is a Santoku knife and why you need one today

In recent years the Santoku has gain popularity in every kitchen. Santoku translated in Japanese, means “three uses”. This refers to the three uses the Santoku knife is built to do: slice, dice, and mince. In this video Chef Jason Hill of Chef Tips, tells us why this is his favorite knife.
